By using our specially designed stone mill and tofu-box set, you will be carefully guided in how to make your own tofu, beginning with the simple soybean and ending in deliciously fresh tofu. You will also gain an understanding of this food culture and the diversity of soy.
Am Ende des Kurses werden wir gemeinsam ein einfache Gericht kochen, mit denen Sie Ihren frisch gemachten Tofu genießen können. Während des Workshops können Sie außerdem unsere Auswahl an exquisiten Sojasaucen und Miso probieren.
