The Tofu Box is a set of tools for making tofu, consisting of four nested components with a different function. With the Tofu box, flooding on the worktop can be avoided as the water pressed from tofu is collected in the big container. The small container functions as a handy and flexible weight if water is added. The markings on the case indicate the relation between water and tofu. This is important as the water amount inside the tofu significantly affects its texture. With the Tofu Box, the entire process of making tofu at home is optimised and more creative ways of Tofu-making are unleashed. 

The Set also contains 70g Coagulant and three filter towels made of 100% cotton.
