Magnesium Chloride is one of the most common tofu coagulants. It is formed in salt ponds where the seawater or salt well water evaporates. It reacts very fast during coagulation and contributes more sweetness to the flavour than other types of coagulant. The tofu that is made with this coagulant has a tight and elastic texture. 

Attention: This product can not be consumed directly. Keep tightly closed and dry. Keep away from children.
