We believe that the best tasting tofu is the one made fresh. By using our specially designed stone mill and tofu-box set, you will be carefully guided in how to make your own tofu, beginning with the simple soybean and ending in deliciously fresh tofu. You will also gain an understanding of this food culture and the diversity of soy.
We will finish the course by demonstrating two simple dishes that compliment the fresh tofu you have made. You will also have the opportunity to try our exquisite range of soy sauce and miso.
