Tofu Workshop English

We believe that tofu tastes best when you prepare it fresh yourself. In our Tofu Workshop you will learn why. There, with the help of our specially designed stone grinder and tofu box set, we will show you how to turn raw soybeans into fresh tofu. You will also gain an understanding of this food culture and the versatility of soy.

At the end of the class, we will cook simple dishes using the freshly made tofu. During the workshop, you will also be able to sample our selection of exquisite soy sauces and miso.
