We believe that the best tasting tofu is the one made fresh.
By using our specially designed stone mill and tofu-box set, you will be carefully guided in how to make your own tofu, beginning with the simple soybean and ending in deliciously fresh tofu. Along this process, you will also learn basic information about soy and the way of making soy milk, okara and yuba.
We will finish the course by demonstrating two simple dishes that compliment the fresh tofu you have made, as well as allowing you to try our exquisite range of soy sauces and miso.
Our tofu workshop is designed to enlighten you on what truly makes great tofu, as well as experiencing the diversity of soy culture.
