We believe that the best tasting tofu is the one you make fresh.
Through using our specially designed stone mill and tofu box set, you will be able to experience the preparation of fresh tofu straight from the raw soybeans, gaining both an understanding of this developed food culture, as well as an understanding the versatility of soy.
In our workshop, you will be guided step by step until you have produced your very own delicious tofu using natural coagulants. At the end of the course, we will show you two easy dishes with the fresh tofu together with a range of exquisite soy sauces and miso from our wide selection.
We are currently offering courses for a private group of two people and more per course, ensuring that we adhere to necessary hygiene safety measurements. This means that you can have more individual guidance throughout your experience while keeping the price the same as our larger group courses.
